…refused to hear his case, he advocated for the next logical — and Constitutional — step in pursuing a Congressional contest, exactly as Dems did following their losses in 2000, 2004 and 2016. Which you pretend not to know

Regarding the courts — most notably the Supreme Court — which largely refused even to hear cases, he has every right to criticize that. We don’t lose our First Amendment rights because a court doesn’t rule the way we prefer.
