This is similar to the definition of Fake News, which is not just about the factual accuracy or inaccuracy of what is reported but rather also about how and how much something is reported and what is and is not reported.

Examples of politicized legal malfeasance are legion. Hillary Clinton and crew were caught dead to rights committing multiple indisputable felonies and not only were they not prosecuted, but they were given legal immunity from prosecution. Comey, McCabe et al. were caught dead to rights committing multiple felonies — none were prosecuted. Multiple J6 participants have been jailed for over a year WITHOUT bail or trial while 2020 Summer of Love, Trump inauguration and other leftist rioters were let off. Kevin Clinesmith forged a court document to get a warrant to spy on an innocent American citizen and got probation. And now we have Tish James suing Ivanka Trump for $250 million dollars, LOLZ.

The abuse of our legal system by the left to advance leftist political goals would be comical were it not so dangerous.
