You don't recognize this is part of Trump's (Bannon's) strategy?

Deliver an onslaught of outrageous tweets, EOs, public statements, diplomatic flubs, Cabinet appointments, etc. as quickly as possible, then wait out the resulting stream of outrage until it becomes normal to the public, then later outrageous shit that happens is more palatable. The playbook isn't new, just the fools who refuse to see it and the assholes who welcome it.
