The issue I am focused on–and one I think you are missing or conveniently ignoring–is Trump's arrogance with respect to military brass–"I know more about ISIS than the generals do, believe me."–and intelligence officials. And he's asleep, tweeting, or whatever else instead of planting his ass in a chair in the situation room during the first major covert op of his presidency? If you don't see a trend, well, I don't have the time to provide you a timeline or the patience to debate it.

As to whether 'the media' would have dropped that quote had it been Clinton or Obama or anyone else for that matter, I can only say, "PPPPFFFFTTTT." It certainly would have made the 24-hour news cycle and would have been the top story on Fox for a month, at least.

I'm also curious (and waiting to find out) how my link title is anything resembling a non sequitur. It's just a rhetorical, hypothetical question.

For educational purposes, this is what I know to be a non sequitur fallacy:
•Claim A is made.
•Evidence is presented for Claim A.
•Therefore, claim C is true.

Example:
•The Apprentice is the best show (evar).
•The Apprentice had consistently high ratings.
•Therefore, Donald Trump, producer and star of The Apprentice, should be President of the United States.
