Sounds like it is time to cut unemployment benefits and use tha


that money to hire some busses to take people to where the work is.

As the article says, there is a lot less movement from people who have lower education levels. The unemployment rate in some places is still up near 10%. Should be pretty easy to find people needing jobs in a place like that, especially if you cut off public assistance.
