Two things:


1. manufacturers and the state of IN recruit workers from coal country; and yes, send busses ...

2. coal country recruit manufacturers to expand into that region. Think anyone in WV or Eastern KY has the vision to do that, or are they just waiting for the inevitable Trump coal boom to bail them out
