The more examples of men and women serving in boss-subordinate capacities, the more often it will happen. No law can change. Just like these "affirmative consent" rules are just ivory tower, "maybe sounds good in theory to some people" (I'm not one them - I think it robs young people of some of the greatest joys of being young) rules that will naturally not be followed most of the time. Because of the nature of romance, sex, youth, and about a million other elements of human nature that can't just be legislated out of existence.

What we can have is zero tolerance for forcing oneself on an unwilling target. No more societally sanctioned cover ups, walls of silence, etc.
