That's the irony of this. Luntz is a longtime GOP pollster....


...and "market maker" for arch conservative policies. His polling work has been instrumental over the years in allowing the GOP to target conservative Christian voters like the crowd he assembled. He has been instrumental in creating the sort of ethically blind partisanship you see in the Roy Moore fiasco, and you can tell he is as exasperated as anyone.

It's kind of like he is now beholding his own creation and he is frightened by it.
