obvious isn't it? Curving from a more African-American populated portion of Birmingham, down the highway corridor to Tuscaloosa and then looping around to part of Montgomery? I can't believe you're trying to justify gerrymandering as a kindness to Alabama's black community. The intent is pretty obvious.
