The general gist of speculation re potential crimes is that maybe Trump and his campaign conspired with agents of a foreign government whereby said foreign government gave the Trump campaign assistance in the form of propaganda and disinformation campaigns, and the foreign-government-sanctioned and assisted theft of private email correspondence gleaned from Trump's opponent's campaign and national political party committee, in return for co-operation on various matters of interest to them including reversing various anti-Russian policies in existence from the Obama era.

"Collusion" is a word that is perhaps descriptive of some of this, but not really a word of legal significance, I think.

while one would think surely they weren't stupid enough to do this AND LEAVE A PAPER TRAIL or other proof, they have done some spectacularly stupid things, so who knows.
