Another post where I agree with you. I don't really care about the


Orwellian aspect, I just think it's impractical for many of the reasons already mentioned (how is it powered, how do you stop someone from disabling, and what do you do about the pre-GPS guns). But the bigger issue I have is with 100K public schools in the US (higher if you add privates) and 350m+ guns, my guess is you'd have utter chaos from false alarms
