So what is the current policy against Russia from the Trump administration?

I honestly don't know what it is. I want Trump to be holding news conferences. I want him to be talking about the steps we are taking to prevent this from happening again.

That is how democracy is supposed to work. There should be a policy debate. You might disagree with the steps being taken, but at least there are steps.

What I see in your post is just a "trust dear leader" mentality. What exactly is he doing? His public actions don't imply either a tough action against Russia, or a focus on election security. The things that are being done seem to be in spite of Trump, not because of it.

So what is Trump's policy on Russia? What do you think that policy should be?
