I really don't think this is making the point you think it is
The Central Park Five were 14, 14, 15, 15 and 16 when they were arrested. And they were innocent. Our president wanted them executed.
Plenty of people out there who can't get jobs because they have records for crimes that didn't even hurt anyone. One of the main lessons of this entire episode is that the rich live under an entirely different system than the poor. Brett Kavanaugh not getting to be one of the most powerful people in the country (and he's already pretty high up there) because of actions he took* when he was 17 is not the screaming injustice you seem to believe it is.
*As always, this is assuming he did it.
