I never said that poverty wasn't a problem. And it's not really an
anecdote. What percentage of 20 somethings have a negative net worth? It's more than half. Do you consider that a problem?
And remind me again how poor people are poorer because the stock price of Microsoft went from the $30s to over $100 over the last 10 years and made Bill Gates significantly wealthier? He's pledged his entire fortune to charity? Why is it so bad that he's significantly wealthier today than 10 years ago. And how would anyone be better off if Microsoft had gone from the $30's to the single digits instead.
