How many studies do you have to look at regarding social mobility? The US


has been falling for years. Look at the failure of public education. Look at legislation designed to fit the true constituents of the government, the wealthy and entrenched. Look at the level of entitlement and lack of ethics (the college scandal is a great example). The US is failing in its own vision of social equality and justice. It's fixable. But over the last 30 years we've moved closer to an autocracy than a democratic republic.

So yes, prove to me it isn't a myth.
