Where is the non-delegation doctrine written into the Constitution?


It is a structural argument.

Precedent is not a principle that is impossible to overturn, but it should only be done with great care and great reason. The conservative justices seem to believe that their normative policy preferences are enough.

And my fundamental point is that these conservative justices aren't not "conservative", they are radical in that they are changing 100 years of law
