Here’s the problem though. ALL of the regulatory agencies are within the

Executives authority and thereby subject to capricious, arbitrary, and designed influence. Here’s an example using the FDA’s approval of aspartame under the Reagan administration. The FDA declined/refused to allow aspartame to be approved multiple times due to real concern over the associated health risks. So what does RR do? He changed the number of regulators required to approve it which quickly resulted in aspartame’s approval. And let me not forget to mention that the owner of company manufacturing aspartame was a personal friend of RR.
