That's the conventional wisdom. Of course, if you're one of those who can't
make ends meet even while working, and there are tons of people who can't, does that make enough of a difference to matter? Besides, I don't think it makes sense to talk about just a $15 minimum wage without addressing concerns like healthcare and housing and talking about why a UBI might make more sense than a minimum wage.
