It shouldn't be considered such, BUT, given the publicity this issue has

gotten, I think anyone with ANY sense of awareness should probably be saying to themselves "You know, I really DO love Bob Marley, but maybe dressing up as a black guy is going to piss a lot of people off, even though it shouldn't. Therefore, I'm going to reconsider this costume."
