Way to complex for me

I always find it interesting that today race and religion determines a particular party.

Abortion definitely is splitting factor along party lines. It seems publicly you have to go along party lines even if privately you are against. Why can one personally say I am for\against abortion, but I have to consider my constituency which will have significant input?

When we will just focus on the American vote, and never hear the Latino, Jewish, Protestant, Black, Catholic vote?

Democracy is about compromise. When we lost compromise is what slowly got us to these two extremes.
