Actually, I don't all that much. But there isn't any sense in sugar

coating the fact that this really is the Mother of All Corporate Bailouts.

Let's just be honest here. It is what it is.

And yes, I truly believe the $1200 is intended to pacify the populists into supporting his bill. There's no way the populists movements tapped into by Trump and Bernie would go along with these bailouts without the salve of instant cash. And I'm not opposed to the instant cash. I just get how this works politically.
