Agreed. YOu can do something here besides use fully trained police in

..these instances. To me, waste of a resource, waste of money, and thins out the good cops when they are needed for more important things.

Maybe we can just go to camera cops, like other states. If we all agree that going 10MPH over the speed limit is worthy of a ticket, then set up the photo police and do away with traffic stops. That does away with the interaction all together.
