I've seen some crazy in NYC.

My mom was taking pictures of Central Park and my dad and I were walking behind her. She wasn't paying any attention to people, just birds and the landscape. This bum was sitting on a park bench with his pants down around his ankles and picking crabs or something, lol. My mom didn't even notice him.

Lots of cats yelling crazy shit on the subway, I see that in Paris all the time as well. And various affected types of people. Saw another bum lying on the floor of a subway station. He had a comb with no teeth in it and he was bald. He was taking the comb with no teeth and using it like he was combing his hair he didn't have and talking to himself.
