You’re certainly wrong when it comes to stats around all shootings. Blacks comprise ~27% of all police shootings and ~27% of arrests. The stats around unarmed shootings are harder to get at because there are far fewer cases and differences as to what counts as “unarmed” (in the Washington post stats, one person was “armed’ with an air conditioner, whatever that means). But if you filter on just “unarmed” police shootigns from the database, 33% wer black, which is disproportionate to the 27% of arrests, but it’s against a number of less than 70 per year, so I’m not sure statistically significant that difference is.
