#2 Well, i don't need to rehash what i said below. Its what i assume their defense will be on. I'm sure an elevated heart rate with fentanyl and meth in your system is a pretty bad thing. So they will argue that the police struggling with him was the cause of death. Not the kneeling on him for 9 minutes. And if they can prove that, they will probably win.

Note you said and the report said he was killed by the police SUBDUAL & RESTRAINT in the setting of all these issues he had. So which one do you think the defense is going to try and prove? Subdual. That the struggle with getting him contained is what caused his death. And they have a chance.

Do i know the answer? Of course not. But i'm not immature enough to spout off and yell that he was strangled to death because I viewed "rough footage" of the event. I'm not a damn expert. And neither are you. You're comments to anyone that disagreed with you that this was police murder by strangulation were emotional, immature and uncalled for. And now a report comes out identifying a whole bunch of additional issues that show that this event is not so cut and dry.
