Analogy I made below. So, you think it’s a clearly stated set of

Terms of service that makes the difference? If Sportswar didn’t have that, and daisy cut a vulgar thread, you could sue them? And win?

I wonder where you want to take this, but it’s the mother of all slippery slopes. So, if I call in to a sports talk radio show and all I want to do is bash Trump, and they hang up on me because I’m off topic, you think I should have cause to sue because they “suppressed my speech”?

I really don’t think you are thoroughly thinking this whole thing through.
