26% of the votes cast are from non 2016 voters. What is both

fun and nerve wracking is that so much is different this cycle, nobody really knows at all what is going on.

Who are these new voters? We have a handle from NC how many votes are from registered Dems and R's, but who are the Independents voting for as they have almost as many voters as do the R's?
