The biggest tell is the GOP fighting all forms of increased voter turnout


The GOP does not want more people to vote because they think it will be bad for them. All pretense of their fake fighting of imaginary voter fraud is gone. They simply don’t want people to vote and they will file any and all lawsuits to invalidate as many votes as possible.

So I’d have to believe that increased turnout in general/overall favors Dems.
