that sure as hell might mean that you're disingenuous.

1) Ballots arrive prior to election day? Count them.
2) Ballots arrive after election day? As long as they are postmarked no later than election day or came from a dropbox. Count them.
3) Ballots arrive after election day with no postmark or a smudged postmark? You probably reject them unless there is some way to determine. But how often will that really happen?
4) Ballots don't have a signature or have a signature mismatch? Reject them. But maybe not permanently. You can go down in person and vouch for it.

The problem comes with this stupid-assed GOP effort to NOT count votes that are cast by election day but may not arrive until after election day. Or in the case of Harris county challenging legally cast in-person ballots. I'm sorry but that's just crap. Your continuing assertion that this is what you get for actually trying to encourage wider voter participation is akin to making a claim that a woman is asking for it by dressing provocatively. It's just plain stupid.
