How would you treat each of the following mail-in ballot scenarios?

1) Ballot received, but there's no way to verify who sent it (e.g,. no signature or mismatched signature), and the state cannot obtain in-person validation of the vote from the voter in question.

2) Ballot has no postmark or unclear postmark in a state where the law (not a judge) says that ballots must be postmarked.

3) Ballot is postmarked after election day, but the state law (not a judge) requires ballots to be postmarked prior to or on Election Day.

4) Ballot is received after the acceptable date specified by state law (not a judge).
