Then where is the President's leadership? If you really believe this then

why the hell isn't he out beating the bushes for every vote in Congress? Why isn't he strong-arming McConnell and Pelosi to get something constructive done? What is his excuse to put this all on the House? It can't be a campaign point. He fucking lost. The reality is that he's just sulking and pissed and never had the skill set for this job in the first place. We are in this position mostly because of Donald Trump and his failed administration.
