I blame Congress generally. I’m not sure why the dems

Don’t take what they can get to cushion the blow that seems inevitable over the next few months. Biden will be in the WH in about 2 mths.

I believe aid to the states is crucial, because of all the services they provide and the people they employ, and states can’t run deficits. But I don’t see the point right now of holding up the aid we can get, if in fact the repub senate will pass anything that Trump will sign. If they won’t, Mitch’s plans to foist all blame on the incoming admin gets torpedoed to an extent.
