There is a dark element to the United States that is anarchist and martial. That element has different strands of ideology. We saw that element throughout the summer. No one was that concerned, it seemed. It was only concerning when the Capitol was stormed. I think all the businesses and people who were put in danger all of last year were as unsettling. This was the capper.

You and many only seem to be concerned with the conservative part of this movement. I'd not characterize them as conservative, those are not my people. Just as the ones who burned, looted and assaulted, spit on cops, etc. shouldn't be your people. Or mine. This element has many sides. They are all dangerous. And we all who are sane, need to realize this.

We need to stop encouraging or ignoring these behaviors, regardless of what the protest's theme is. It is insane that the Capitol was stormed...and it was permitted. It is also insane that many other incidents were permitted. I do believe that helped drive this action, along with an orange cat who can't keep his damned mouth shut.
