Leadership. He’s a showman and a demagogue, not a leader. He’s a petulant, narcissistic little kid who looks for ways to frame problems to his benefit, often preferring to let things go wrong and play off scapegoats. He’s either literally incapable of using solutions to crises to his benefit, or too uninterested and lazy to do the hard work. Really doesn’t matter. Either way he’s an incompetent loser.

We actually saw plenty of evidence of this in minor little crises, but his last year of course brought the doozies that made his lack of leadership clear. Even the vaccine - his one possible bright spot. He was very good at throwing lots of other people’s money at the problem and claiming credit (the show). But when it came to actually structuring logistics to get it in people’s arms, he of course fell down. Because that would take work instead of showmanship.

And his fan base is much more concerned with being entertained and transported to a fantasy world than in supporting good governance. Their inability to see through the painfully transparent election fraud scam makes that clear. The scam isn’t even well thought out, and 1000s of people participated in a coup for the clueless over it.

Many are now waking up and begging for pardons. Not many appear able to afford the Trump Organization asking price.
