That's nice to think, that part about "far outnumbering the moronic haters"


I'm not sure it's true that he knew that. It would have been hard to know that given his mail. He didn't smile much in those years as he closed in on, and reached, and passed the record; he looked like he had the weight of the world on his shoulders.

he was (visibly) happier in earlier years, and later years too.
