I don't think so. There's a wide gulf between graduating from Ranger school

and being an actual Ranger. That's special forces, the best of the best, etc. If you weren't in a Ranger battalion then you should not be calling yourself a Ranger. You did not go through the same training, you did not go on the same level of dangerous missions, etc. Tom Cotton does not have "experience as a U.S. Army Ranger in Iraq and Afghanistan." This is stolen valor in my opinion.
