The Texas v Pennsylvania case was not heard because Texas doesn't have standing. That's a reason.

And the original case WAS heard in Pennsylvania. And appealed up through the Pennsylvania court system and ultimately to SCOTUS. The case was heard once for real, and subsequent appeals were NOT heard because the higher courts determined there was no grounds for appeal, no standing, or nothing procedurally wrong with the original case. That's how appeals work. They aren't simply do-overs that one side gets because they disagree with the lower court's decision.

For the most part, when the cases were heard in lower courts, Trumpleton lawyers had shit, and often when faced with having to make sworn statements in legal courts backed down from the incendiary bullshit being spewed in front of TV cameras. When there was evidence presented, it was found lacking. This notion that the courts are against you is so much Deep State bullshit. Again.

It's over. The reason so many GOPs think the election was stolen is because they've got a foolish consistency in that they've decided that things Donnie and his surrogates say are true.

They're not.

Screaming before the fact "It's going to be stolen!" without doing anything about it, and then screaming after the fact "It was stolen!" without having any proof, doesn't mean it was stolen. No matter how many times you say it, it doesn't make it true.

If the barrier to unity is that we all decide to accept falsehoods and unproveable "facts", then it's just never going to happen.
