...could be convinced that his legal team, such as it was, could have handled it better. I simply don't know. They were under unbelievable strain in that they had to argue these cases simultaneously in multiple states, usually in front of Dem judges (e.g., PA Supreme Court), which was part of the design of the Dem effort, I'm sure. There simply was not enough time to prosecute a case like this, which, again, I'm sure was wargamed by the Dems.

Finally, it was almost impossible to prove massive and explicit fraud on the FRONT-end of a court case without the power of discovery/subpoenas due to the nature of the alleged fraud, which, again, was part of the plan. How can you prove that a ballot was cast illegally when you are not allowed access to the ballot or the envelope it came in? The elimination of the ballot security/verification measures was the sine qua non of the whole operation, and it worked as expected.

With respect to the election malfeasance, there was no "deep state" here out to "get" Trump, nor did I say there was, but he does have powerful political opponents who hate him, including 100% of the left/Dems and probably one-third to one-half of the Reps. The Georgia debacle involving Rep executive branch officials is not remotely surprising if you understand Trump's relationship with the party.

Overall, this was just garden-variety election shenanigans, but launched on an industrial scale this year due to vote-by-mail. You could see it coming from early last summer, and it played out exactly as expected.

Trump did fail -- massively fail -- in not siccing the full force of his legal team on these Dem efforts to weaken election integrity from the get-go. There was a small contingent on the right urging him to do so back then, but apparently he didn't heed their advice. As a result, the election was essentially lost before the voting even began.

As for the courts passing on hearing the cases, that's an interesting question. A big factor in that, IMO, was 1) Dem threats to pack the USSC, which made them reluctant to interfere, and 2) the massive -- and unpunished -- left-wing rioting that occurred last year, which I'm sure made the judges fear for their and their families' lives. We'll never know, but for them to reject these cases on issues of standing, laches, etc., was a total abdication of their duty, and, as a result, we now have much greater problems.
