Besides addressing regulatory and testing headwinds that would've slowed that down? Besides addressing the ventilator shortage we were told would lead to deaths of tens of thousands? Besides addressing the PPE shortages we were told were the reasons we shouldn't wear masks and why we needed to "flatten the curve"? Besides get the two mothballed hospital ships up and running and in place to help the hardest hit locations? Besides get temporary hospitals set up around the country? (while we're still waiting on seeing the first that our Gov Blackface promised and spent money on) Besides getting the private sector motivated to ramp up testing? Besides put in place the infrastructure to get us near 1M vaccines per day before Biden even entered office, despite their having to "start from scratch"?

Oh not much, other than that. But he made fun of the size of Biden's mask! And people died because of that!

And I know you and your fellow TDSers love to pretend like Pfizer had nothing to do with Operation Warp Speed, and ignore that $1.95B sale guarantee, and it's role in that development, but this should help to once again better understand that false narrative of yours:

Technically, that agreement has nothing to do with the development of the vaccine. But it also appears to undermine the claim that Pfizer is operating entirely outside Operation Warp Speed.

A senior administration official told Yahoo News that since “the early days of March when President Trump convened pharmaceutical companies at the White House, Pfizer has been a part of the incredible public-private partnership forged to combat the coronavirus pandemic. Additionally, the nearly 2 billion dollars awarded to Pfizer will go a long way in the manufacturing and distribution of the Pfizer vaccine in development.”
