Abortion rights exactly as they are if Roe is completely overturned. Some will probably outlaw abortion almost altogether. Compromise is going to be foisted upon them based on their lack of control of some state, and in others, they will likely have to reach some sort of compromise for fear of being kicked out of power if they don’t (purple states).
Europe traveled a political path to abortion policies that for the most part are accepted by their populations. Some of that is because everyone got to participate in the process, instead of it being shut down due to a court ruling. Some of it is because we have more Christian fervor in this country. But was that true in 1973, or did Roe help make it true?
I don’t think I can prove it, but I think Roe was the single biggest driver of the development of conservative Christian activism in this country.
