Say a year from now a minority suspect accuses you of brutality and sues the police department. The suspect's attorney uses your social media post as evidence at trial, arguing that the department knew or should have known you were prejudiced against minorities and was therefore negligent in keeping you on the force.
You can also bet every suspect's defense attorney will now use your post to argue their search, seizure, and arrest were racially motivated and therefore violated with 4th and 14th Amendments. Also, your testimony is not credible and should be ignored by the jury. Think Mark Fuhrman. You've put your department in a very difficult position.
