Seriously? I guess you need to define markedly... 50%, maybe not but


even 10% better means 60,000 unnecessary deaths. I expect we could have been someplace in between those two numbers if tump had pushed masks and distancing instead of UV lights and rallies. If he had supported governors who made decisions to close some businesses instead of fanning a "liberation" movement, yes, things would have been significantly different.
