employers imposing mandates (I can't imagine how anyone calling themselves conservative would oppose the rights of employers to set rules for employees even if they personally objected to the mandate), it's about the authority of the federal government to require that employees be tested weekly if not vaccinated. Seems crazy to me that the Occupational Safety and HEALTH Administration would not have the authority to require testing in the workplace for a highly contagious disease, but I guess the courts will ultimately decide. But hell, if OSHA can't require testing, just kill the organization. What's the point if they don't even have that basic authority.
