is the same between a vaccinated person and a non vaccinated person. One could argue that the mandate for testing unvaccinated people is for the protection of the unvaccinated if the data suggests you have a high risk of dying and/or severe sickness and long term health as an unvaccinated person.

I would also love to see a mandate that states unvaccinated people cannot sue employers if they do not get tested or vaccinated. If employers could get that from the courts, we would most likely go back to normal with employers
