It wasn't even a criticism per se, just saying I was expecting to see a

lawsuit against private employers for their vaccine mandates, which seems like a decidedly un-conservative position.

The phrasing from the AP was much clearer

"GOP-majority court chosen to consider Biden vaccine mandate"

and

"Challenges to President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for private employers will be consolidated in the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals"

But on the case itself, should OSHA have the authority to impose testing requirements on employers? If not what in your opinion are the limits to what measures OSHA can enforce
