Sure, all those things affect, some to a great degree and some to lesser...
As I am sure you agree, any restriction needs to balance the impact on a person's individual freedom, the potential impact on other people and the likelihood that the bad actor's actions will impact on those other people.
The drunk driving is already illegal, and the people who eat McDonald's every day aren't likely to overwhelm the system all at once. Non-vaxxed people are much more likely to overwhelm the system immediately (and are in some places).
I'm not arguing in favor of or against vaccination papers (although I would probably lean in favor), my only point is that I get tired of the "libertarian" argument for people avoiding the vaccination, when its really just petulance. However, I understand humans are messy and illogical sometimes.
