Well the 13 states aren't conjecture. They have laws on the books which

automatically go into effect if Roe is overturned. Oklahoma also passed a law which outlaws all abortions except to save the life of the mother. The new law goes into effect this summer. Outside of Roe v Wade being overturned, that law wouldn't hold up in court. But if Roe v Wade is overturned, it will. So that's 14 states where there is no conjecture. They will all outlaw all elective abortions at any time except for cases where the abortion is needed to protect the life of the mother.

It pretty much brings those 14 states in line with the abortion policies of the Middle East and much of Africa. Hurray for progress.
