based on my own experience with the ultrasounds of my kids. And my position on the cutoff being 13 weeks is not based on a belief that the 13 week old fetus is suddenly another human with legal rights the protect it from being aborted, but rather the fetus is developed enough such that aborting it beyond 13 weeks is too barbaric for me. At 6 weeks, I don't think the aborting of a fetus the size of a pea is "barbaric". So then it's a question of where would you draw the line between 6 and 13 weeks. I go with 13 weeks because a) it's pretty much the minimum standard for abortion restrictions in any developed country in the world, and b) it's a point where pretty much any woman would know she was pregnant.
