There is no economic justification for cutting taxes to reduce inflation and I would challenge you to find any economist who is arguing for that. You also didn't suggest any regulatory changes that you think would help.
I disagree that lefty COVID policies are the primary driver here. First, most of the stimulus payments came under Trump and he argued aggressively for them and for even more. Second, US lefties are not the cause of supply chain issues from China's COVID policies. The domestic supply chain is not the problem here. Finally, I suggested below that the tariffs Trump implemented could be removed to reduce inflation. I wish Biden would go for that, but he's got a protectionist streak and knows the right would howl about his being soft on China.
