You may not have been advised of the subsidy you would be entitled to,
if you are at an income level where you are impacted by the failure of Va to pass the Medicaid expansion, as you indicate.
Or I might not understand your situation and you really are in a "gap" that can exist even post-subsidy in states that didn't expand Medicaid--but you might look into it, and the barrier might not be as high as you think.
(Which, by the way, that medicaid non-expansion should be remedied by organizing and voting the "no" voters out of office, not applauding the scrapping of O-care for something that will take even more people off the insured rolls.)
